Loopback makes it easy for candidates to request structured feedback after any rejection. We handle the outreach on their behalf — sending a personalised email to the recruiter with a 60-second feedback form. When the recruiter responds, our Loopback structures the raw feedback into honest, actionable insight across five skill dimensions.
